The Satisfaction With Work Scale (Gagné et al., 2007) is a self-assessment measure of psychological health related to work. This instrument differs from the most popular global job satisfaction scales because it focuses on a cognitive appraisal of a person’s well-being in the work context. This measure will be a useful indicator of work-related mental health.
