I'm an Organisational Psychologist, lecturer in HR and Organisational Psychology, and I am a registered Psychometric Test User with the BPS. I work with individuals and organisations on mental skill development, leadership, organisational culture, performance, and well-being. My background extends to 25 years of business ownership in construction and services in Ireland.
